The Sylvia Plath they describe sounds like someone you'd want to be friends with, very unlike the tortured artist you normally see her described as. But more than just a biography, this is a book that crystallizes a pivotal moment in American history as it relates to young women like Plath entering the professional world.

I really needed a digital magnifier with a handle or one that could easily be held in one hand. This magnifier seems unique in that the weight-battery and electronics-are contained in a swell at one end. The screen (and lens on the reverse) portion is very light so the unit is very easy to hold in one hand. One of the greatest features, hought, is the pop out leg which props the unit up for magnification when you are writing. It took me a few minutes to get the hang of writing with the proped up device but this has turned into a great aid in filling out forms and writing checks, etc. My Smartlux is now a constant companion. Color rendition is awsome and battery lifee is very decent.
