Canon PSC 910 Leather Powershot S95
Normally I use a belt-loop case but due to the amazing Amazon price I though I'd try this one. It is genuine Canon, leather and made very well with an excellent fit to the camera. It is a throw back to 40 years ago, the days of Leica, Browning and Kodak cases, before everyone had to have a SLR. In an instant you flip it open from the snap on the bottom right, press the on-button and the camera is ready for a picture. A thing I had forgotten from those days is that while you're fiddling with the buttons and settings to get the picture you want--yes the S95 has lots of options--it is just a little less stressful because the case's strap is around your neck and there is no subconscious worry of the camera falling to the ground.
In any age, and perhaps especially today, a stress reduction is worth a price premium. So buy your regular case and for the premium you can afford to get 100% of this one too.
I attend a lot of festivals and events. I was in need of a camera case for my canon s100 that would protect my camera without having to constantly remove the case. There were no options available. I ran across this case and read the size of the s95 and s100 are comparable. For around $10 it wasn't a big loss if it didn't work. However this fit my s100 like a glove. The provided strap is also long enough that I can sling the camera over my neck and shoulder. I can walk and dance without it getting in my way at all.
BalasHapusThis camera case is simple, however, very sturdy and gets the job done. Digital cameras are delicate and this leather case protects with minimal ease. I would recommend this product. The case is not too heavy or bulky making travel to and fro not a concern. The case was purchased while on sale and it would have been well worth the original purchase price.

I bought this case to go with my new Canon Powershot S100, and I LOVE, LOVE, LOVE it!!! It fits the camera like a glove, can easily be snapped open to take a quick pic without having to remove the entire camera from the case, and the quality is amazing! Worth way more than the $10.00 I paid for it. Highly, highly recommend!
BalasHapusIt fits the S95 perfectly and well made out of leather. It's actually custom made for the S95 by Canon. Can be attached to a tripod without taking the case off. Highly recommended.
BalasHapusI ordered this case for a Powershot I gave my husband for Christmas. The great thing was, after Christmas it went on sale and I saved about $20+ on it. The case is great quality, all leather and gives the camera body a great protective skin, even when it's open and in use. It has a long slender shoulder strap so it can be thrown over a shoulder or hung from the neck to keep it handy. It was well worth the price I paid.
BalasHapusI like this case, it's got a cool old-fashioned style to it. Much like the old days when a 35mm camera had a leather case attached to it. This thing attaches to the bottom of the s95 using a mount screw and the "top" cover is held on by two sets of snaps. You can elect to only un snap one set and let the cover dangle (while you take a picture, or you can unsnap the whole thing, leaving only a leather "skirt" for your camera to sit in. the case also includes a nice leather strap of pretty generous length. perfect for casual tourism. I got on a special when i bought the s95. But for the special, i never would have known about the case. I'm glad i bought it.
BalasHapusI purchased this case for my S95 even though I already had a perfectly fine LowePro Apex 20 for the camera. It was kind of an impulse buy, after all, a custom fit leather case for ten dollars is hard to resist. Impulse or not, I 'm glad I purchased it. The case looks great, fits perfectly, and is compact enough for the camera to remain pocketable. Sure, there isn't any additional storage for batteries and memory, but there are plenty of occasions where all I need (or want) is just the camera. All in all, two thumbs up!
