My review might seem generic but that is because there is not much to write. I have bought many items from DigitalGoja. This is one of them. There products always work as expected. Till now I have not faced any problem with either this seller or their product. This ring is black coloured metal. I am no specialist so cannot tell whether it is anodized or coloured. But the bottom line is the ring does what it is supposed to do. It seems quite strong, but I am not trying to tame an elephant with it of course. I can tighten it properly on the lens and can put a 72mm filter on it with ease. Then when I need, the ring comes off without much ado. while on the lens, there is no play, it sits tightly and securely on the lens thread. The microfiber cloth is always a nice touch. If you have cameras and lenses then you can never have enough of them.

BalasHapusI use it to put 58mm lenses on my 46mm JVC HD-7, it fits perfectly but be careful not to over tighten because it could get stuck. But otherwise perfect, lens cloth is an added bonus.

BalasHapusThe Goja step up adapter has given me the ability to use the ND filters that I bought for my stock lens. This 3.99 investment saved me from about $75 in repurchases. It also lightens up my camera bag. The Microfiber cloth is an added bonus.
The quality of this step-down adapter rings is excellent. I bought one B+W step-Down ring and I did not feel any difference in the quality but a huge price difference. It fits B+W filter very well and also very easy to remove adapter from the lens. I feel no point buying B+W adapter rings for your filters. All my filters are B+W, So I cannot vouch for the same with the other filters.

I needed a 67-72 step up to use a CPL on a couple of lenses. I chose this one, and I'm glad I did! It's well constructed, and threads onto the lenses and filter smoothly. The additional cleaning cloth is well made and one of the best cleaning cloths I've ever used.
BalasHapusThe difference between these and other step-up or step-down rings I've used (pro photog) is that these are well made. The cuts are clean and thread smoothly. A small thing that speaks volumes to the company. Thanks for putting quality into such a small item!
BalasHapusMy admiration for Goja's adapter ring is boundless because it does the job and is well engineered for many years to come. That may sound like too much praise for such an object, but, as a professional engineer, I can see and admire what went into its production. A saitsfying adddition to my camera's utility.
BalasHapusI bought a used macro twin lite flash with a 67mm adapter and wanted to use it with a Tamron 90mm macro lens. The lens is 55mm diameter so needed this adapter. The Goja adapter is metallic and threads easily onto the flash and lens. I was a bit leery about the low price, but the adapter seems sturdy enough for its intended purpose.
