OtterBox 77 23251 Defender Series Holster
Bought this on the price drop to replace the 14-42mm Kit lens that came with my G3 and G5.
There is defintely a noticeable difference with regards to picture qiality, color and sharpness. I like it better than the 20mm and 14mm fixed lenses as it has zoom and the 20mm had purple fringing under certain lighting situations - the 14mm was not as sharp as even the Kit lens.
I tested this compact zoom both inside and outside for pics and at different zoom levels, wide open, its much sharper than the kit lens and fully zoomed it is still much clearer also - I am not seeing the distorion at the bottom of the frame like I did with the kit lens. I also tested it for video on my G5 and it looks great. Was waiting for the new 14-42mm kit lens that Pamasonic announced but think this lens is probably still going to beat that one too.
The case fit perfect, and snapped in very tight. It has a remove able rubber rounding that is tight also. The front has a screen protector, and I have a zagg already. I just put that screen over my zagg and it works great still.

Cant go wrong with defender series really protects ur 700 dollar investment and its not bulky like the other cases are.
BalasHapusThis case is obviously designed for this phone. It fits every angle, every button, every aspect of the phone. The fit was tight and clean. It not only looks secure and feels secure, it is secure. The look is not bulky. The material is sturdy but light. I really like the built in screen protector. There is significant protection without hindering the touch screen responsiveness. I would highly recommend this case for anyone who has the HTC - DNA smart phone.
BalasHapusI almost did not purchase the otter box after reading many negative reviews. I am so glad I took the chance to try it. First, the most common problem I kept seeing was that the power button was harder to press. Not only is this not true, it is actually easier to press. Second, many people said that the case didn't line up correctly with the buttons. Again not true. The only real negative is that the notification button on the back if covered. In conclusion, the pros greatly outweigh outweigh the cons, so much so that I still enthusiasticly give this product 5 stars.
BalasHapusI'm very pleased with this case for my new Droid smartphone. The phone can be charged withoput taking it out of the case. I saw the same case at Verizon when picking up my new phone and they had a price $20.00 more than on Amazon.
BalasHapusCover is exactly what I was looking for. I am always up on a ladder for work and this cover is extremely durable. The only alteration I made was I removed the plastic screen protector that comes with the unit, it does not lay flat against the screen and makes it very cumbersome to use the touchscreen, I installed a standard screen protector in its place. The cover is not dust or waterproof but the rubber edging is ideal for bumps and drops.
