This is a great compact little charging unit for the price. I use it mostly for my iphone and itouch units. It is solidly built and fits nicely in a compact camera case for travel or just keeping in the car. The built-in LED is a nice extra feature that I will rarely use, but nice to have just in case. The claim that the unit will charge your iphone 2-3 times per charge appears to be accurate as I tried it several times and got about 3 charges at the most (depending on how low your iphone battery is). It charges the iphone up pretty quickly but it does take much longer to charge up the unit, as others have experienced. Not a big thing as I can charge the unit up anytime when I'm not using it. Although there is a good variety of connectors included, I do wish it came with a iphone adapter so I don't have to use my own adapter. Otherwise, I would recommend this purchase to my friends.

Since I was travelling, I wasn't carrying my usual bag of charging gadgets. I had only my QCell... and it was only charged to 2 (out of 3) blue LED bars.

BalasHapusThe battery pack works well for charging my Motorola Droid X2. The carrying pouch is a nice touch, although I wish it were large enough to comfortably fit the adapters and charging cable instead of just the pack. As others have mentioned, the power button seems a bit on the flimsy side.
BalasHapusI recently purchased this device to replace my Stitchway iPhone charger and can say that it has been one of the better addons to my phones i have purchased. It has been able to charge my phone from 50% to full in a short amount of time without a dent in the amount of charge the unit holds. I am waiting for my next trip overseas to fully test out the capabilities of this product. I did the recharge of my iphone with no load on the device and it sitting on my desk so my next test will be to run it while videos are playing to see how good it keeps the current charge. The unit is very small and comes with a pouch which can fit the accessories making it great for a trip.

BalasHapus- nice extra: you can run/charge the phone via the battery pack while the battery pack itself is charging. This means I don't has to find two outlets in airport lounges.
